Billed as the first bourbon made in Dayton since Prohibition: Belle of Dayton pot distills a five-grain mash of corn, oats, rye, wheat and malted barley, ages it in hand-toasted 53-gallon oak, and bottles each barrel at full proof. Published barrels have run from about six to over nine years old.
