VDC's 100% malted-barley single malt matured at least four years in Spanish oloroso, PX and fino sherry casks, non-chill-filtered at natural color. The distillery lists honeycomb, apricot, lemon and sugared almond, then hazelnut, soft leather and toffee, ending in caramel and baking spice.
