What to expect

A young bourbon from Copper Fiddle Distillery in Lake Zurich, Illinois, single-pass distilled on an old-style copper pot still from a Midwest corn, barley and rye mash and aged in small toasted and charred American oak barrels. The distillery cites deep caramel, lightly roasted coffee and nuttiness, with honey behind the oak char.
