What to expect

Cooperstown Distillery's flagship bourbon, made in Cooperstown, New York, from a four-grain mash of all New York State grain (about 65% corn with oats, rye and barley making up the rest) and aged at least three years. Bottled at 100 proof; the distillery calls it remarkably soft and delicate.

Expected notes: Caramel, Vanilla, Oatmeal cookie, Honey, Clove, Toasted oak.
