Charleston Distilling Co.'s bourbon, made grain to glass on Johns Island, South Carolina, from grain grown at Weathers Farm in St. George, SC, column-distilled and aged in the distillery's own warehouse. The distillery doesn't publish proof, age or mashbill.

Expected notes: Sweet corn, Caramel, Vanilla, Fresh oak, Cinnamon.
