What to expect

Central Standard's small-batch bourbon from Milwaukee: corn, rye and barley, pot distilled one barrel at a time from an 1800s-style recipe and aged under two years in new charred American oak. The distillery describes plenty of color and caramel with a hint of rye spice.

Expected notes: Caramel, Sweet corn, Rye spice, Vanilla, Fresh oak.
