What to expect
A bottled-in-bond version of Cat's Eye's sourced MGP light whiskey, listed by Iowa at 100 proof with a 7-year age statement. Light whiskey is distilled at high proof and aged in used charred oak, which points to a softer, oak-led profile.
Expected notes: Vanilla, Caramel, Toasted oak, Butterscotch, Cream.
