Part of Cardinal's distillery-only Resident Bird series, fermented, distilled, aged and bottled in Bloomington, Indiana from corn, barley, wheat and rye; the current release blends a six- and an eight-year barrel at 92 proof. Expect corn and malt richness, softness from wheat and a little rye spice.
