What to expect
The oldest and highest-proof Single Rack Black release: barreled March 2006, distilled and aged in Bardstown, 19-barrel batches, non-chill filtered at 106 proof and bottled by Three Springs Bottling in Bowling Green. Calumet lists woody char and smoke, then toasted almond and fresh-cut hay.
