An annual barrel-strength-leaning single malt release picked by founder Phil Steger, different every year. The 2026 edition (Founder's Reserve IV) blends 25 small 30-gallon barrels aged two to four years, all two-row pale ale malt, at 110 proof; Brother Justus lists dried apricot, blackberry, sage, marmalade, brown sugar and walnut.
