Quincy Street's 'baby' bourbon: its 83% corn pot-distilled spirit aged at least four months in 10-gallon Honey Comb charred oak barrels from Black Swan Cooperage, bottled barrel by barrel. Bold sweet corn with tannin, vanilla and barrel smoke, and tobacco, spice and mint on the finish.
