Black Draft's recreation of the 1868 Hannisville Mills rye of Martinsburg, just over 65% rye with corn and barley malt, built to be sweet enough to pass for a bourbon. The distillery notes rye, oak and caramel, then vanilla and oak against rye spice and a vanilla finish.
