What to expect
Made entirely from roasted blue corn and aged in used oak, bottled at 92 proof without chill filtering or added color. Used barrels keep the grain front and center, so expect roasted, buttery corn more than heavy oak.
Expected notes: Kettle corn, Butter, Toffee, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Cocoa powder.
