What to expect

Louisiana's original rice whiskey, pot distilled since 2012 by New Orleans' Atelier Vie from 100% Louisiana rice (cooked, enzyme-converted and fermented much like a corn mash) and aged in used barrels; 90 proof.

Expected notes: Cereal grain, Vanilla, Honey, Pear, Toasted oak.
