Angel's Envy's 2025 Cellar Collection release: straight rye aged up to 7 years, finished up to 12 months in Patron French oak extra anejo tequila barrels, then blended with an 11-year rye and bottled at 104.2 proof. It was Owen Martin's first Cellar Collection as master distiller.
