An unsmoked single malt from Blanco, Texas, distilled three times on a copper pot still and aged in charred American oak, at 100 proof. Expect a lighter, cleaner malt with oak sweetness.

Expected notes: Malt, Honey, Vanilla, Pear, Charred oak.
